All clients of the Wellington Medical Centre’s Executive Medical Program will have appointments arranged at their convenience.  Clients will be contacted on an annual basis.

All executive medical protocols will be tailored to the executive’s gender, age and any special requirements.

The attending physician, upon completion of the medical assessment, will prepare a report.  This will be communicated to the client only. All medical information will be retained by the clinic and will be held in strict confidentiality.  We require your written consent to release any of your medical information.

Please advise the Wellington Medical Centre if you are unable to make your appointment.  We require 48 hours notice of cancellation.  A cancellation charge will be necessary in lieu of notice.
